I am happy our severe weather has only been close calls thus far. I wouldn't want to live in KS.

Like I told WxWatcher last year, when you are in town for the EAA, the potential of us going to the EAA grounds or you stopping in for visit could certainly be planned accordingly.

Thank you for the book recommendations!!Josh Hermanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10809581468183556700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5796654132557410922.post-78094494374602937592011-05-30T11:48:05.870-05:002011-05-30T11:48:05.870-05:00Nice garden spot! Also experimenting more with companion planting.
Blueberries and Raspberries are almost ready to ripen, soon after blackberries.
I will be glad when the violent weather cycles settle a bit. Last weeks storms left us with 12 hrs w/o power and another close call with a tornado. I feel like I live in Kansas.

If things go as planned I am taking my 2 teenagers to EAA. I am trying to get more members of our CAP/Venture Crew to make the trip.

Found a couple of books at our library, "Weather Cycles Real or Imaginary" --William James Burroughs and "Weather Wisdom"--Albert LeeSuzieEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08170748717165591281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5796654132557410922.post-28571143161226629492011-05-17T21:08:47.235-05:002011-05-17T21:08:47.235-05:00Scott, great idea on the live chat! Even the tornado outbreak in the SE - upper level components were very clear in prior cycles. This has been a great year to follow. Some are easier than others...

FYI - for those looking for a personal and specific forecast for travel, or any type of outdoor planning - we have rolled out a new pay service to give you personal attention to your needs rather than a generic forecast.

http://lrcweather.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=339&Itemid=40

Have a great day!

Scottlrcweatherhttp://www.lrcweather.comnoreply@blogger.com
